Séjour Yoga et Flore alpine
Nous avons débuté notre séjour en visitant la grotte de glace par le train de Montenvers, une merveille de la nature, même si, force est de constater, le recul du glacier est affligeant. Le glaciologue, présent sur place, nous a donné de nombreuses informations très intéressantes sur la vie et l’évolution du glacier. Les paysages demeurent époustouflants. Nous avons poursuivi avec une soirée tranquille: un cours de yoga vinyasa très doux, un bon repas et quelques anecdotes de vie partagées.
Le lendemain matin, après notre pratique de yoga matinale et notre brunch, nous sommes partis à la découverte de la flore alpine, grâce à Sébastien notre guide. Notre randonnée à Charousse, sur les hauteurs des Houches nous a ravis. On a même chanté dans une grotte! Sébastien nous a fait goûter un cake et des cookies aux plantes, c’était délicieux! Le cours de yin yoga du soir nous a fait beaucoup de bien avant d’entamer une belle soirée durant laquelle on a fêté l’anniversaire de Anne. Ce fut épique. Et pour finir ce séjour en beauté, nous avons passé une journée à l’Aiguille du Midi à 3800m d’altitude, la météo radieuse nous a permis de traverser le glacier du Géant avec le Hellbronner pour admirer le Mont Blanc depuis l’Italie. Une journée extraordinaire en tous points de vue.
Une grand merci à ce groupe de super mamies de 64 à 78 ans qui ont inauguré ces séjours en beauté… Comme quoi il n’y a pas d’âge pour pratiquer le yoga et apprécier les joies de la montagne.
Quel merveilleux souvenir. Tout y était, le soleil, le ciel bleu, la bonne humeur, les parties de rigolade, les bons repas, sans oublier le yoga et bien entendu rien ne serait arriver sans ce merveilleux groupe avec lequel nous partageons tellement de choses…
